Of course the only thing that could make Block Island sweeter would be the most perfect little cafe run by my favorite Block Islander. Persephone's Kitchen opens this week and we're all so proud of her. We spent last Saturday with her helping to do all the last minute things, and even made it to the beach to put our toes in the sand for a few minutes. (Plus, baby snuggles.)
